A very quick and easy recipe. You need a bit of patience when waiting for the ingredients to set, but this won’t be the case if you want to take it to go. This recipe should not take more than 5-6 minutes, with around 2-3 minutes of preparation time. 

Ingredients:

  • 60-70 g chia seeds (around 5-6 medium spoons if you do not have a scale)
  • 200 ml vegetable-based drink (rice is sweeter, oat is more neutral) or cow milk
  • Some pieces of strawberry, raspberry, or mango (frozen)

Preparation time: effectively 2-3 minutes, in total 5-6 minutes

Preparation:

  • Add the chia seeds into a recipient and slowly add the milk
  • Slowly stir for approx. 1 minute so the chia seeds are fully incorporated
  • Let it sit for 2-3 minutes then stir again to get a homogenous mix
  • In the end add your fruit either frozen if you take your chia pudding on the go so they have time to defrost or fresh if you will eat your pudding at home
