This year global running day took place on June 5th (it is celebrated every year on the first Wednesday of June)
And to create a bridge with the website content, I will recommend another book. It is not a new one, however I believe it is quite interesting for those passioned about running and not only. Rather a memories book, enriched with many advices and recommendations Honestly I am recalling it for the aprt related to running than the one related to food. So perhaps I should read it again
