
Today I recommend a book, especially for those who would like to eat mindfully and for those who want to find out more about the concept. The author was considered the “other Dalai Lama”, also it is considered the parent of mindfulness (although the concept is much, much older, he contributed significantly to spreading it in the western world.
It is a pocket book, I had read it during a two hours flight. It has few easily to assimilate and useful concepts/ideas, not only related to eating.
